Take a look around my fancy, new and totally sophisticated website. Isn’t it gorgeous? Thanks to some stylish wallpaper and a fresh coat of paint, the salon itself has a new look too,
Towards the end of last year, I decided it was time to revamp EVERYTHING. My branding and the salon had looked the same for some time and they no longer reflected who I am (a flippin’ 30 year old!) or the hair stylist and business woman I’ve become. It was definitely time for a facelift!
The ethos behind The Styling Lounge has always been about providing a personal, bespoke service in a relaxed and inviting space. I strive to offer clients my undivided attention, using top quality products to achieve their desired look. I continue to educate myself on the ever-evolving world of hairdressing and work hard to stay at the very top of my game. The salon now exclusively uses cruelty free shampoos, conditioners and styling products and I also have a fabulous range of vegan hair colour you can convert to if you wish.
The Dream Team
None of this would have been possible without the help and support of some fabulous fellow businesswomen. Franky from Love Audrey is my go-to for… well, anything to do with words or digital marketing. If it wasn’t for her, my newsletters and blogs would be complete gibberish! She’s become a good friend and I’m not sure where The Styling Lounge would be without her. She’s an unofficial business partner that doesn’t get many benefits, just great hair and the chance to deal with my illiterate ramblings!
Becky Lord Design has been an absolute dream to work with, converting my confused ideas into a stunning website and brand. It’s everything I wanted and more. She has been incredibly patient with me and I cannot thank her enough.
Fran from Evoke Pictures took some fabulous photos of the salon. I’m really not a fan of my potato head, but Fran made me feel very comfortable in front of the camera.
The main people I need to thank are my valued clients. Without you, I wouldn’t be in business, I wouldn’t be doing what I love in an environment I created. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
